1. Return Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 7days of receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Please note: Shipping Cost are non-refundable

4. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged Incorrect item sent

5. Return Shipping: 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost return parcels

6. Damaged and Faulty Items:

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

  • Contact us within 48hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
